We provide professional photography on every one of our listing to ensure we are representing our properties to the best of our ability. I also include on my listings Drone aerial pictures and a professional video of your home. See below some of the pictures of my listings.
PRICING THE HOME
Pricing your home takes a lot of consideration. We are all proud of our homes and would love for them to be priced at top dollar. However, there are a lot of factors to consider when determining a price for your home. Below are some of these factors.
During this process I will create a Comparison Market Analysis (CMA) to help you determine your home's current value. Through this process we can select the right price for your home to sell in a timely manner.
